Since 2012, #GivingTuesday has been a global generosity event and the biggest day of online giving of the year! But you don't have to wait until Tuesday to give - In fact, it's better if you give today/now, as Tuesday is when everything gets counted up and matching grants are announced!

Every dollar counts! Our low-income LGBTQIA clients and non-nuclear families urgently need our support to protect their family relationships, to gain their legal immigration status as LGBTQ asylees fleeing persecution, or to secure name changes and consistent legal documents as transgender or GNC citizens. Please consider making a donation to us to help keep us going and providing pro bono legal services to our most vulnerable. With your donations, we can provide legal services and cover direct costs for processes to help keep individuals and families safe, such as Name Change Petitions and Gender Marker Changes ($1,200), Will and Estate documents ($1,500), CoParenting Agreements ($2,500), Parentage Petitions ($2,500), and LGBTQIA+ Asylee Adjustment of Status (Green Card) filings ($7,000-$10,000).
